Trans fats foods  to avoid for flat belly:

Margerine has 2 grams of saturated fat and 3 grams of transfat.

Butter has 7 grams of saturated fat and only .5 grams of trans fat.

Butter is also only 12 grams of fat per Tbsp and 100 calories.

Trans fats foods to avoid include those that are man induced and so are cholesterol raising.  Now not all cholesterol is bad but when it turns from liquid to solid it can longer be converted to hormones necessary for other body processes.
